2011 MAVC Skills Set Videography Package

If you are a member of MAVC and are interested in purchasing a highlight package being provided by Monarch Productions, then click on the link below to download an order form. Simply fill out the order form, choose which package you are interested in, and bring the form with you to the MAVC Facility on February 11, 2011, for the skills set videography session. If you could also please email us at monarchproductions@gmail.com to let us know your child's name and that you will be attending the skills set session. This will enable us to have an idea of how many athletes will be in attendance. Please have an acceptable form of payment ready upon arrival for the skills set session on Feb. 11, 2011! Acceptable forms of payment are cash, checks or money orders (made out to Monarch Productions), and credit cards. And please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
