Kevin started video production in high school at Meadowbrook under the direction of Sandie Silvestre.Upon graduating from Meadowbrook, Kevin chose to attend the The College of William & Mary where he graduated with a BS in Film & Literary Studies.
In 2004 Kevin Heraldo and
Randy West joined forces to
create what is now known as
Monarch Productions. Their love
for filmmaking combined with
their extensive history in video
production lead them to start
their own video production
company.
The very first project that MP
took on was the highlight video
for the 2004 Meadowbrook
Monarch Football team. This
turned out to be no ordinary
highlight video! With the
Monarchs winning the State
Championship and MP capturing
the whole thing on video the
public was waiting for a story to
be told!
The video turned out to
be a local hit receiving praise from
local Comcast Executives all the
way to the
CCPS Superintendent,
who stated, “This was better than
Remember the Titans . . . !”
After the success of their
highlight video, MP began
growing, fast! While perfecting
their craft by producing wedding
videos, recruiting videos,
anniversary/remembrance videos,
and even a local restaurant
commercial, MP was approached
by the Colonial Heights School
System to help promote their
renown Transition Program.
CHPS for their video project over
many other great video
production companies in the midatlantic
region.
From here MP opened eyes of
clients not only from Central
Virginia, but from all over the
world. MP has since been
fortunate to work for highly
successful clients in New York,
L.A., Miami, and London doing
television shows, conference
videos, seminar videos, and
carpentry work for a film set!
From commercials and short
films to sports highlights and
weddings, not matter what it may
be you can be sure MP will
provide first class service and a
first class product!

The Best Equipment Is Your People
Any video production company can produce a “technically” savvy video with top of
the line, state-of-the-art equipment. But, without the right people your message
and your product might not reach its fullest potential.
